HOW MASON & COOK CAN HELP
More than just consulting. From day one we work with you to scope, evaluate and design bespoke solutions for our clients as you would expect, but we also manage the function for a period to demonstrate the benefits this approach brings. We then lead the transition back to the firm, leaving a sustainable and permanent infrastructure in place. Mason & Cook also provide a dedicated recruitment service to ensure the best talent is identified to support your firm on a permanent basis.
As one of the only consultancies to provide these services to the legal sector, we have unrivalled insight into what our clients and their people want and need from a work allocation software product. To satisfy these demands we are currently developing our own software product dedicated to supporting firms in having clear visibility and access to the things that matter.
Once we have embedded the function and our clients see the benefits, firms look to ensure they are constantly developing their work allocation function to keep it best in class. Mason & Cook are on hand to provide ongoing support to clients as and when it is needed. We take a flexible approach to our client’s needs, to ensure we are there when they need us.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM
Technology should not be the decision maker when implementing a Resource Management function however, it is essential to the efficient capture and use of essential data.
There are limited options available in the market which allow organisations to customise a system to reflect their business. We are currently developing software which allows for our client to achieve this, whilst maximising the data to inform decision making.
Further updates will be provided shortly, including a tour of how the software will work and benefit your organisation.
