It is critical that we retain the momentum and engagement that we build and move seamlessly into managing the function operationally. We can tweak as we go and use our experience to ensure the function is accepted as “business as usual” as quickly as possible. Once there, we set clients up to manage this themselves and provide ongoing support to ensure the function continues to develop and add value.

Collating all of the information needed to deliver a credible and efficient service.
PHASE FIVE - OPERATION DELIVERY & MANAGEMENT
Full operational management of the work allocation process, on-site.
PHASE SIX - TRANSITION & SUSTAINABILITY
Full transition to a permanent and sustainable structure, managed by the firm.
